The Firm has a longstanding tradition in this area, having been involved in many privatization programmes over the years, actingfor some of the main Portuguese groups and leading multinationals in a number of privatization programmes, in particular forsome of the largest companies in the energy, insurance, banking, transport and chemicals sectors.
Some of the firm’s members have also worked on behalf of the Government in these areas, taking part in drafting legislation in this field.
