AA has a broad expertise in the field of Media Law, in particular regarding the Right of Response, providing advice and representation to media companies themselves or to individuals affected by news. Our law practice also handles procedures related to criminal offences and infractions committed though media, including criminal complaints (crimes of encroachment on the freedom of the press; libel, offence of a corporation), complaints with the Committee responsible for Journalists’ Professional Accreditation (for breaches of their ethical duties), and complaints with the Regulatory Council of the Media Supervisory Body.
