Currently heading the Administrative Law Department of the firm, leading a team of lawyers responsible for advising a wide range of clients in matters related to Public Procurement - privatizations, public works, procurement of services and public services concessions - Urban Planning, Administrative Litigation, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Environmental Law, Maritime and Port Law, Project Finance, among other fields of law, representing both private entities and public contracting authorities, advising in some of the largest and most important privatization processes, tendering procedures and financial projects undertaken in Portugal.
Legal Advisor in the field of Public Law to the Secretary of State of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, from 1993 to 1995.
Speaker and moderator at numerous conferences in the field of Administrative Law.
Arbitrator at the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Lisbon Commercial Association and of the Institute of Commercial Arbitration of the Porto Commercial Association.
