Conference "Debate on the IRS reform"

President of the IRS Reform Commission and President of the Commission which led to the introduction of VAT in Portugal analyze IRS in Albuquerque & Associados. A conference mediated by Filipe Alves, Head journalist of Diário Económico, and with the participation of  Prof Dr Rui Duarte Morais, President of IRS Reform Commission, Prof Dr José Xavier de Basto, who chaired the VAT Committee and Dr Henrique Nogueira Nunes, Head of A&A Fiscal area. The most relevant aspects of the reform will be discussed: -Changes in income categories, mobility and in tax residence.
